What are the centre timings?+
Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Lunch break: 3:00 – 4:00 PM.
How do I get my report?+
A hard-copy report is usually ready within 15–20 minutes after the scan. Soft copies can be downloaded from the Reports page with your Patient ID for 3 days after upload — please save the file to your device.
Can I reschedule my appointment?+
Yes. Use reschedule on the Booking page with your Patient ID, or call / WhatsApp the centre.
What should I bring?+
Valid photo ID, doctor’s referral if any, previous reports, and any preparation advised (for example water for a full bladder).
Do I need an appointment?+
Walk-ins are often accepted. Online booking helps reduce waiting and issues a Patient ID.

Yes. The centre follows the PCPNDT Act. Obstetric ultrasound is only for legitimate diagnostic purposes. Fetal sex determination is not performed.

Soft-copy reports stay online for 3 days after upload, then are removed. Download and save your file in time. Hard copy is usually given within 15–20 minutes at the centre.
