We collect information you voluntarily submit for appointments (name, phone, age, service, notes) to schedule scans and issue Patient IDs. Reports and contact details are used only for clinical and administrative purposes of this centre. We do not sell personal data. Website analytics (e.g. Firebase Analytics) may collect anonymous usage data.

Reports — important disclaimer

Ultrasound, X-ray, CT and related reports are diagnostic aids for your referring doctor. They are not a substitute for clinical examination, emergency care, or specialist opinion. Final treatment decisions rest with your treating physician. If you have severe symptoms, seek hospital emergency care immediately.

Your choices

You may request correction of booking contact details or ask questions about data we hold for appointments by contacting the centre. Report files are provided for your clinical care pathway; treat download links as confidential. Online soft-copy reports are retained for 3 days from upload and then removed from our online storage. Please download and keep your own copy. Contact the centre if you need assistance after expiry.
